  1、準備洋蔥2個,天然蜂蜜和醋1杯半,粗鹽一把。

  2、做法:将洋蔥去皮,切薄片。用冷水浸一會兒,然後隔去水分。将醋及鹽放入煲內,加熱至攝氏36度。熄火,加入蜂蜜,徐徐攪拌,使它溶解,加入洋蔥。變涼後把洋蔥和醋放入密封容器內,放在雪櫃雪藏3星期後,便可開始食用。
