土豆絲爆炒方法

  1、土豆半斤。幹辣椒兩個,切段。蔥兩棵。鹽、味精适量。

  2、做法:土豆切細絲,蔥切段。用清水把土豆絲表面的澱粉漂洗幹淨後瀝幹水份。

  3、鍋中放油用中火燒至六成熱,下幹辣椒段稍炸後,倒入土豆絲改大火煸炒。

  4、煸炒約二分鐘,放蔥段改中火繼續煸炒約一分鐘。放鹽、味精鏟勻後超鍋裝盤即成。
