  1、主料:莜面 輔料:面粉、黃花菜、台蘑 調料:鹽、花椒、姜、雞精、食用油。

  2、将黃花菜洗淨,台蘑洗淨切成條,姜洗淨切成末。

  3、将面粉用溫水和成面團,擠成小劑,放在刀背上用手搓成小卷,放入籠屜上鍋蒸8-10分鐘取出放入盤中。

  4、坐鍋點火放入油,油六至七成熱時放入花椒炸出香味,加入姜末、台蘑、黃花菜、鹽、水翻炒,待汁濃時倒入裝有蜂窩的盤中即食。
