  1、先将雞肉切塊,然後冷水下鍋,倒入米酒,焯水撈出,起鍋熱油,将姜片和大蒜煸炒出香味。

  2、然後倒入雞肉翻炒均勻,放入一點蔥段炒香,然後倒入醬油、米酒、放入兩塊冰糖。

  3、蓋上蓋子,小火焖15分鐘,最後倒入切好的辣椒段炒勻,再放入羅勒葉,轉大火收汁即可。
