  1、将面粉加酵面和适量清水,揉合成面團,經發酵至十成開,加适量堿粉,與面團揉勻,并使去掉酸後,掐成10個面坯,逐個揉搓成半圓形饅頭生坯,饧15鐘。

  2、鍋内水燒沸,将饧好的饅頭生坯擺入籠屜内,旺火蒸20分鐘成熟後取出晾涼。
