  1、瘦肉切絲備用(也可用稍加生粉);

  2、豆角沿縱向剖半,成兩邊(這是豆角入味的小訣竅);

  3、鍋内熱油爆香姜絲,放入肉絲劃炒至變色,倒入半邊豆角;

  4、準備半碗涼水,一邊炒,一邊點入少許水,分3-5次進行,這樣可使豆角保持青翠;

  5、待豆角将熟,以鹽、五香粉和雞精調味,出鍋前淋幾滴麻油即可。
