  1、花生米提前浸泡一夜,完全浸透才可。

  2、浸泡過的花生清洗幹淨。鍋内燒開水,将控幹水份的花生米倒入,燒開一會。

  3、将花生米撈出,不用使勁控水,留點更有利于花生的保濕和腌漬。趁熱,加入鹽、八角、姜片。将八角和姜片埋至内部,靠餘溫将其浸泡出味兒。

  4、撈出晾幹後裝瓶,将調料汁水一并倒入,密封,放置在冰箱内即可。
