  1、粉葛切成滾刀塊;蜜棗去核,陳皮泡軟;赤豆、扁豆用清水浸泡一夜;瘦肉洗淨切塊,鲮魚洗淨拭幹水。

  2、燒熱2湯匙油,爆香姜片,放入鲮魚煎至雙面呈金黃色,盛入瓦煲内待用。

  3、瓦煲注入适量清水,放入陳皮、蜜棗、赤小豆和扁豆大火煮沸,小火煲1小時。

  4、放入粉葛、瘦肉和鲮魚拌勻,以大火煮沸改小火煲45分鐘,下鹽調味即可。
