  1、主料:白菜、胡蘿蔔。

  2、調料:鹽、白糖、醋精、花椒、幹辣椒、姜。

  3、烹制方法:首先将白菜、胡蘿蔔洗淨切成塊,過水焯熟,取出後過涼放入盆中,加入姜絲、幹辣椒、花椒、鹽、白糖、醋精攪拌均勻泡兩小時左右即可食用。
