  1、先将鲅魚洗好切成一段一段,每段大約3cm左右。

  2、放入碗中加入蔥、姜、蒜、料酒、醬油(剛好抹過魚即可)、鹽、辣椒(少量),腌制6小時左右即可。

  3、再将鲅魚撈出放入油窩中小火炸8分鐘左右即可撈出,涼透以可就可以吃了(熱的時候吃口感沒有涼的有嚼勁)。
