  1、主料:酸白菜200克、芋頭300克。

  2、調料:香油3克、鹽6克、味精1克。

  3、将酸菜用清水泡一下,洗淨,瀝幹水,切成絲。

  4、将嫩芋頭刮洗幹淨,切成塊。

  5、将鍋置于旺火上,倒入高湯800毫升,放入芋頭塊、泡酸菜絲、香油、精鹽同炖。

  6、待芋頭塊軟時,加味精調味即可出鍋。
