枸杞豬肝做法步驟

  1、豬肝切片,與枸杞子共煮湯,煮半小時後加适量食鹽調味食用。

  2、清水洗淨枸杞子。豬肝、生姜分别用清水洗幹淨。豬肝切片,生姜去皮切2片。先将枸杞、生姜加适量清水,猛火煲30分鐘左右。改用中火煲45分鐘左右,再放入豬肝。待豬肝熟透,加鹽調味即可。早晚各一次。

  3、清水、姜片、枸杞煮15分鐘,加入豬肝慢火浸熟,再加入枸葉翻滾即成。
