  用小魚際由肩頸部從上到下,從下到上輕快迅速擊打兩分鐘左右。然後在頸部找壓痛的地方,輕輕的按揉,按揉五分鐘左右。 按完後還可以用熱毛巾來敷一下。

  另外,以拇指或食指點按落枕穴也是可以治療落枕的,每次按到有酸張感覺為止,再持續2~3分鐘,持續這樣堅持下去。
