  1、制作食材:羊肉500克、蘿蔔1000克,陳皮10克。 料酒15克、蔥20克、姜6克、鹽3克、味精1克。

  2、将蘿蔔洗淨,去皮切成塊狀。羊肉洗淨切成條或塊。

  3、陳皮洗淨,姜洗淨拍破,蔥洗淨切成節。

  4、把羊肉、陳皮放入鍋内用武火燒開,打去浮沫,改用炆火煮半小時,再加入蘿蔔、姜、蔥、料酒、鹽,炖至蘿蔔熟透,加味精,裝碗即成。
