韭菜蠶豆怎麼做

  1、韭菜50克、蠶豆250克、鹽、雞精、胡椒粉、清水、植物油适量。

  2、蠶豆剝皮洗淨濾幹水分;

  3、韭菜摘洗幹淨切成3CM左右長的小段;

  4、淨鍋放适量油,大火燒至九成熱,下入韭菜爆香;

  5、然後下入蠶豆翻炒;

  6、炒至蠶豆顔色變成深綠時,加入一勺半鹽,半杯清水,炒勻,蓋上鍋蓋焖5分鐘;

  7、收至水分八成幹時,加入雞精、胡椒粉調味,大火再稍稍收一下汁,即可起鍋裝盤。
