  1、材料:草魚300克、辣白菜120克、朝天椒1個、色拉油适量、醬油1大勺、蔥半根、姜半大勺、蒜1大勺、香油少許、澱粉适量、豆瓣醬1大勺、高湯1小碗、白糖1茶勺。

  2、泡菜切小塊;魚收拾幹淨,切塊;辣椒和大蔥切斜段。将魚表面沾上幹澱粉,入鍋煎至兩面金黃取出。鍋中留少許油,爆香姜蒜末、辣椒、泡菜下醬油、料酒、豆瓣醬、糖炒勻。再将魚入鍋,加入高湯焖煮入味,剩少許湯汁時加入蔥段略煮,最後淋入香油即可。
