  1、準備材料:土豆1個、雞蛋2個、面粉3大勺、香蔥适量、食鹽1茶勺、孜然粉1茶勺、胡椒粉1/2茶勺;

  2、取個較大的碗,土豆洗淨去皮,直接刨入碗中;

  3、調入鹽、孜然粉、胡椒粉拌勻,磕入雞蛋攪拌均勻,加入3大勺面粉拌勻,最後加入蔥花拌勻;

  4、平底鍋稍微預熱後刷上一層薄油,改中小火,下入少許土豆雞蛋糊鋪平鍋底,大約2分鐘左右翻面繼續煎熟,盛出晾涼即可。
