涼拌粉條最簡單的做法

  1、用料

  主料:菠菜200克、粉條200克。

  輔料:老姜3片、大蒜2瓣、小米辣3個、香油1小勺、鹽1小勺、生抽2小勺、老抽1小勺、香醋1小勺、白糖0.5小勺、藤椒油1小勺、油潑辣子1大勺、植物油0.5小勺。

  2、涼拌粉條的做法

  (1)菠菜去掉老葉,老根,用淘米水浸泡片刻,洗淨切長段;粉條提前浸泡至粉條變軟;粉條瀝幹水分待用;

  (2)老姜、大蒜、小米辣分别洗淨,切末;調入溫開水,上蓋;激發出調料的香味;

  (3)鍋裡倒入清水燒開;放入粉條煮熟,撈出;

  (4)撈出的粉條,趁熱拌入香油;

  (5)煮粉條的水裡調入适量油,鹽,再次燒開;放入菠菜焯水;

  (6)菠菜焯水後,撈出,同粉條混合;

  (7)姜蒜小米辣碗裡,調入适量生抽,老抽,鹽,香醋,白糖,油潑辣子,藤椒油拌勻;

  (8)将調料同食材混合,攪拌均勻;盛入碗裡,即可開吃。
