1、阿膠 25克，牛奶 200克，雞蛋 2隻，冰糖 15克。
2、雞蛋磕入碗裡劃散，阿膠袋入袋子裡敲碎備用。
3、鍋中置入清水，倒入阿膠碎和冰糖。
4、邊煮邊攪拌，直于冰糖和阿膠完成融化。
5、把打散的雞蛋液倒入鍋中，攪拌均勻。
6、倒入牛奶，煮至微開即可。
