  1、主料:芹菜500克。

  2、調料:植物油30克,醬油15克,油皮3克,花椒1克,大蔥5克。

  3、步驟:切去芹菜根須,除去菜葉和老根,取其嫩梗放入清水中洗淨瀝水,切成2厘米長的段。

  4、将炒鍋置于旺火加熱,倒入食油燒至六成熱時,放入花椒略炒即取出不用。

  5、再讓入蔥花稍爆,随即倒入芹菜翻炒均勻後,加入醬油、鹽,再翻炒數下,即可出鍋裝盤。
