  1、準備材料:胡瓜500g、食鹽适量、雞精适量、蔥适量、蒜适量、料酒适量、調和油适量、郫縣豆瓣醬适量;

  2、胡瓜削皮切開兩半,再切薄片,把蒜瓣用刀壓扁,蔥切碎;

  3、鍋裡下油開火,油熱下豆瓣醬,下蔥和蒜,煸出香味,下胡瓜翻炒;

  4、下料酒、雞精調味,翻炒幾次後出鍋即可。
