  1、将蒜,蔥土豆,豆腐洗淨,切好備用。

  2、将鮮蝦去頭,抽出蝦線,蝦肉去皮備用。

  3、鍋裡倒入适量清水,将蔥,蒜,蝦頭放入鍋中,蓋上蓋子,大火煮至滾開。

  4、加入泡菜,韓式辣醬,适量鹽,黑胡椒,再次煮開後,撇掉浮沫,加入豆腐,土豆。

  5、最後加入鮮蝦,和青辣椒末,蓋上蓋子煮10秒鐘,關火出鍋。
