  1、首先将雞蛋洗幹淨放入一深鍋中,倒入冷水沒過雞蛋并高出雞蛋5厘米,開鍋後用小火煮15分鐘撈出。

  2、撈出的雞蛋浸入冷水中,涼後剝去雞蛋殼。将剝好的雞蛋放入盆中倒入醬油,輕輕搖動容器1分鐘,使雞蛋均勻的沾滿醬油。
