  1、材料;韭菜,鱿魚須,醬油,味精,料酒,十三香粉,精鹽

  2、韭菜切段,鱿魚須切條。

  3、鍋内上熱水把鱿魚須放進去燙一下撈出過冷水,最後瀝幹待用。

  4、鍋内放油,下鱿魚須大火翻炒,加醬油,精鹽,少量味精,料酒,十三香粉煸炒。

  5、最後放入韭菜大火翻炒即可。
