  1、主料:白蘿蔔250克,輔料:紫菜(幹)15克,陳皮5克,調料:醬油5克,香油5克,鹽3克,味精2克。

  2、将白蘿蔔洗淨,切成3厘米長的細絲;

  3、紫菜撕碎;

  4、陳皮剪碎;

  5、蘿蔔、紫、陳皮一同放入湯鍋中,加水适量倒進高湯,煎煮30分鐘;

  6、出鍋前酌加精鹽、醬油、味精香油即成。
