  1、面粉500克,麻油100克,水250g,油适量。

  2、面粉加開水250克揉合揉透後,攤開冷卻,然後搓成長條,揿扁,擀成長方形薄皮坯子。

  3、在皮子上抹些麻油後卷起來,切成小坯子,再将小坯子揿扁,擀成圓餅待用。

  4、平鍋上火,在餅上刷油,放入鍋内用小火烤烙至兩面呈金黃色時即可。
