  1、首先将豆腐碾碎,豬肉絞成肉碎,豬肉與豆腐比例為2:1;

  2、接着放雞蛋、蔥花,攪拌均勻,再加面粉、少許鹽,繼續攪拌,面粉與豆腐比例為1:1;

  3、接着?用手将攪拌物搓成丸子形狀裝盤,入鍋中;

  4、隔水蒸15分鐘即可。
