  1、材料:綠豆芽、胡蘿蔔、黃瓜、涼拌醬油、涼拌醋、精鹽、油潑辣椒。

  2、胡蘿蔔洗淨用擦床(擦絲器)擦成絲。鍋裡倒入清水,水開後放入胡蘿蔔絲焯水後撈出。綠豆芽淘洗幹淨後入開水鍋焯熟,撈出控水備用。

  3、黃瓜洗淨切絲盛到幹淨小盆裡,放進炒好的胡蘿蔔絲,綠豆芽,倒入1/2湯匙涼拌醬油。調入1湯匙涼拌醋。

  4、灑上少許的精鹽,拌勻。最後調入适量的油潑辣椒,拌勻即可裝盤。
