  1、主料:光老鴨1隻(約600克),北沙參60克,玉竹60克,生姜2片。

  2、先把北沙參、玉竹洗淨,老鴨洗淨,随後切塊斬件。

  3、把全部用料放入鍋内,加清水适量,武火煮沸後,文火煲2小時,調味供用即可。
