  1、食材準備:白蘿蔔、豌豆苗、料酒、鹽、味精、香菇。

  2、制作步驟:将白蘿蔔(500g)削皮洗淨切絲,下開水煮至八成熟撈出放入大碗。将豌豆苗(25g)洗淨下開水稍焯撈出。

  3、将鍋燒熱,倒入黃豆芽,加入料酒、鹽、味精燒開後下入白蘿蔔絲、香菇絲燙一下撈出放湯碗内,湯燒開後撒上豌豆苗澆在湯碗内即成。
