  1、材料:母雞1隻,黨參50克,香菇25克,枸杞25克,大醬150克,陳皮10克,姜片4片,精鹽10克。

  2、将雞放血,褪毛、去内髒洗淨,在開水鍋中煮一下,去血污,撈出用清水沖洗幹淨,控幹水。

  3、再将雞放入内,放入清水淹沒雞,加香菇、枸杞、陳皮、黨參、大醬、姜片、精鹽,拌勻,蓋上蓋,放入蒸鍋屜上,蒸2.5小時,入味,即可出鍋。
