  1、面粉500克,酵母10克,雞蛋100克,清油50克,糖100克,溫水、精煉油各适量。

  2、和面:面粉置案闆上,加酵母拌勻,然後開窩将雞蛋、白糖、清油、加少量水和成油餅面團,然後揉光,用淨濕布蓋上發酵。

  3、成形:等面團松軟發起後,即可搓條揪劑(每個1兩),用小擀仗擀成小圓餅,中間捅一小孔即成生坯。

  4、熟制:鍋上火加油燒六成熱,下入圓餅炸至發黃,皮鼓起,翻轉幾次即可撈出。
