  1、螃蟹小心沖洗幹淨,放入大盤中,用重一些的盤子壓住,冷水上鍋蒸,水開後,轉中火蒸25分鐘左右。

  2、取生姜一小塊,切成片,再切成絲,最後切成極為細小的姜末。

  3、取一碗,放入姜末,調入7湯匙米醋,2湯匙白糖攪勻即可。
