準備好洗幹淨的豬小腸,切段備用,小米,辣泡椒青紅辣椒,蔥,香菜,生姜,大蒜,切碎備用,鍋裡倒油,小米辣,泡椒,生姜,大蒜放下去爆香,把切好的小腸也放下去爆香,加适量的料酒,醬油,翻炒均勻,加一點點水,煮一會兒,調一個味來一點點鹽,白胡椒粉,把蔥,香菜,放進去翻炒均勻出鍋即可
