  1、材料:小龍蝦500g、火鍋底料30g、豆瓣醬30g、花椒粒适量、幹辣椒适量、大洋蔥一個、大蒜一個、老姜一塊、蔥一根、白糖适量、鹽适量、料酒适量;

  2、提前将原材料準備好,小龍蝦用刷子刷洗頭部和尾部淤泥較多的地方,然後放進清水中浸泡10分鐘待用;

  3、将蔥切成段;老姜、大蒜切成片;洋蔥切成片;幹辣椒切成段;鍋内倒油燒熱後,将火鍋底料、豆瓣醬炒出紅油後,放入花椒粒、辣椒段、蔥蒜、蒜片、洋蔥、姜片炒香;

  4、炒香輔料後将小龍蝦倒入鍋中翻炒,然後倒入料酒翻炒均勻繼續烹煮(10-15分鐘;

  5、臨出鍋前撒白糖、鹽調味即可出鍋食用。
