  1、食材:豆腐幹(香幹)300克、紅蘿蔔粒150克、胡蘿蔔1塊、蔥1塊、蒜2顆、大豆色拉油20克、鹽2克。

  2、豆腐幹洗淨,切成片。

  3、芹菜去掉葉,洗淨,切成段。

  4、胡蘿蔔洗淨,切成片,蒜切成末,蔥切成片。

  5、鍋裡放油燒開,放入胡蘿蔔、蔥、芹菜炒熟。

  6、放入鹽,豆腐幹炒熟,放入蒜末翻炒均勻。
