  1、将油菜摘洗幹淨切成段,雞腿菇切成小丁和滑子菇洗淨備用,豆腐切成薄片,放入油鍋中炸成金黃色撈出切寬條備用;

  2、鍋中留餘油,放入雞腿菇和滑子菇大火翻炒片刻,倒入少量清水,加鹽、雞精、胡椒粉調味,燒開後放入米醬、油菜心、豆腐條微煮一會,至醬汁溶化燒沸即可出鍋。
