  1、準備新鮮豬肉半斤,好新鮮豬肉,最後是當天屠宰的農家土豬肉。

  3、用準備好的竹簽穿好肉,備用。 準備好炭火。

  4、在炭火上烤制。

  5、烤到表面微微出油,兩面微微焦黃,香味出來後即可。
