鲫魚蘿蔔絲湯

  1、主要食材:鲫魚,白蘿蔔各适量。調料:食鹽、姜、白胡椒粉、香菜各适量。

  2、鲫魚去鱗、鰓及内髒,洗淨,在魚身兩面各劃5刀;

  3、白蘿蔔去皮,切成8厘米長細絲;

  4、蔥切長段,姜切細絲;

  5、炒鍋中倒入15克油燒熱,順着鍋邊放進鲫魚煎至兩面呈黃色;

  6、倒入5杯清水、蔥、姜、蘿蔔絲及味精、鹽、酒,蓋鍋;

  7、用小火煮至水開後10分鐘;

  8、取出蔥段,即可盛于湯碗中上桌供食。
