  1、原材料:面粉,雞蛋,白糖,牛奶。

  2、将4種原材料混合後調制成面糊,面糊的濃度要适宜,不要太稠也不要太稀。

  3、鍋中放油燒熱,放入2湯勺的面糊煎黃(如果用黃油煎會更美味)。

  4、翻面再煎,兩面煎黃即可。
