  1、蒸紅椒雞胸肉的用料:雞胸肉50g、紅椒1個、澱粉、胡椒粉、鹽、檸檬半個、料酒。

  2、紅椒切成兩半,雞胸肉切成渣,紫薯切成塊狀。

  3、雞胸肉渣加适量鹽,豆粉,胡椒粉,料酒。拌勻。放入兩半紅椒中。

  4、将雞胸肉紅椒蒸熟,将紫薯蒸熟搗成泥。

  5、可以省略的步驟:雞胸肉紅椒中加入紫薯泥即可。
