  1、主料:青蘿蔔500克,胡蘿蔔1個,鹽适量,十三香少許,姜末适量,雞蛋2個,面粉2勺,玉米澱粉100克,食用油适量。

  2、青蘿蔔和胡蘿蔔礤絲,加鹽,腌制半小時。

  3、腌制出好多水,擠去水分,盡量擠的幹一些。

  4、混合所有原料拌勻。

  5、鍋裡放油開始炸丸子。

  6、炸至焦黃即可。
