  1、鍋中注水,煮沸,再把洗淨的蘿蔔菜倒進去,焯一遍,撈出,冷水中浸泡。

  2、蘿蔔菜完全冷卻後撈出,瀝幹水分,切碎,炒鍋中倒一點油,熬熱,再把切碎的大蒜末放進去,爆炒出香。

  3、然後将切好的蘿蔔菜放進去,不停翻炒,大火持續。

  4、翻炒了3分鐘左右,放适量鹽,繼續翻炒均勻,出鍋。
