  1、魚頭洗淨從中間切開,豆腐切小塊。

  2、平底鍋到少許油燒熱,放兩片姜煎一下,把魚頭魚骨放入煎制金黃。

  3、另起鍋到少許油,放蔥姜辣椒爆香。

  4、放入煎好的魚頭,再到一大碗水。

  5、大火燒開放入豆腐炖煮。

  6、炖制湯汁發白變濃稠,放鹽,胡椒粉,雞精,香油調味。

  7、灑上香菜,又鮮又香的魚頭豆腐湯出鍋了。
