買的雞腿怎麼做不腥

  1、食材:雞腿2個、花生油适量、香蔥2根、生姜2片、鹽1匙、蚝油1.5匙。

  2、生姜切絲,香蔥切段;

  3、雞腿洗好切小塊焯水;

  4、雞腿肉變色時撈起把表面浮沫洗幹淨;

  5、鍋内下油燒熱放姜絲爆香;

  6、加入雞腿肉大火翻炒至8分熟;

  7、加入蚝油,鹽,蔥段繼續翻炒至雞腿肉熟即可裝盤。
