芥菜櫻子的腌制方法

  1、将芥菜沖洗幹淨後,泡上15分鐘。用刀子将芥菜的根須部削幹淨。

  2、再将每棵芥菜挂起來,空水,稍晾幹。

  3、将晾幹的芥菜分批放在盆中,撒上鹽,用手将鹽與芥菜搓揉均勻。

  4、将花椒、八角煮成大料水,待水放涼後,倒在裝芥菜的壇子中。

  5、蓋上蓋子,腌制15天後,即可做菜食用。
