  1、裡脊肉250g,雞蛋1個,油炸粉适量,椒鹽粉。

  2、肉切條腌一會鹽水 或者醬油。然後 先煎熟。

  3、雞蛋加炸粉 鹽巴 雞精 打散

  4、肉條挂上雞蛋炸粉液下去炸至金黃,撈起,反複兩次。

  5、撒上椒鹽 芝麻。大功告成。
