  1、先把蒜苔清洗幹淨切成寸段;

  2、再把雞胗清洗幹淨用刀切成薄片;

  3、炒鍋加油燒油,放入蔥花、姜末炒香;

  4、放入雞胗炒至變色,放入4ml生抽和3ml料酒;

  5、放入蒜苔;

  6、放入适量3g鹽;

  8、再放入3g雞精,小火慢慢煸炒入味;

  9、淋香油出鍋就可以了。
