  1、羊肚菌30g、雞一隻、鹽、料酒、蔥、姜、姜枸杞、紅棗、高湯。

  2、将羊肚菌用溫水泡發并洗淨,雞洗淨切塊,用熱水淖水去浮沫并洗淨。

  3、鍋放入高湯(清水),大火炖雞到脫骨,加入羊肚菌、鹽、料酒、蔥、姜枸杞、紅棗,雞肉炖爛即可出鍋。
