  1、食材:牡蛎200g、油适量、椒鹽适量、面包糠适量、雞蛋适量、生粉适量。

  2、用清水清洗牡蛎。

  3、牡蛎先蘸生粉,再裹一層蛋液,最後蘸滿面包糠。

  4、往鍋内放入油,後放牡蛎下鍋炸,直至炸到兩面金黃即可上碟。
